Product description
The STAR S1PL is a low safety shoe designed for work conditions where protection, comfort and durability are key. Designed with advanced materials, it is suitable for industrial and logistics environments where antistatic properties and high wear resistance are required.
Main characteristics
The upper is made of On Dura® technical material, which is highly durable, breathable and abrasion-resistant, combined with 1.8–2.0 mm thick B-tech microfiber. The tongue is soft, padded and coated for extra comfort. The shoe is completely metal-free, making it suitable for work environments where sensitive electronic equipment is present.
Protective elements
The protective cap is made of light and non-thermal polymer composite, resistant to impacts up to 200 J (EN 22568). The flexible anti-perforation midsole is made of composite fabric in accordance with the EN 22568 standard.
Sole – 3CLOUD
The sole is made of polyurethane in three densities, is antistatic and resistant to hydrolysis according to ISO 5423:92. It is also resistant to hydrocarbons, wear, impact and slippage. Anti-torsion inserts provide additional stability when walking on uneven surfaces.
Insole – YEAH INSOLE
The insole is made of closed-cell polyurethane foam with patented DryGo!® technology that absorbs moisture and evaporates it quickly. Anatomically shaped, self-adjusting and extremely comfortable, the insole is also removable, breathable, antibacterial, antistatic and ESD.
Insulation and resistance
The sole is resistant to hydrocarbons (FO) and slip (SR).
Certificates and safety standards
The footwear meets the requirements of IEC 61340-4-3:2017 (IEC 61340-5-1:2016) for electrical resistance (ESD).
In accordance with European standard EN ISO 20345:2022 – S1PL FO SR ESD.
Sizes and weight
Available sizes are from 36 to 47.
The weight of the shoe (size 42) is approximately 510 g (without laces and insole).
